Built from Premium UHMW
Our toboggans are made from ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) polyethylene — a high-performance, no-maintenance material known for its incredible durability and slick glide. It hauls smoothly over snow and ice and stays tough and flexible even in extreme cold.
 
Solid Wood Crosspieces
Each toboggan features locally sourced White Ash crossbars, hand-treated with oil to protect against moisture and UV exposure. Strong, resilient, and built for long-term performance in harsh winter environments.

Hauling & Control System

Durable, Corrosion-Resistant Hardware
All crossbars are secured with stainless steel hardware for long-term reliability in wet and freezing conditions.
 
Our traditional adjustable lashing system comes standard. It uses polyester webbing, stainless steel spring buckles, and brass rings tied with movable prusik knots along the running lines. This gives you flexible lash points and a secure, custom fit for bulky or awkward loads.
