About the Event

Overview

NOW Outdoors is working with the 7th Fire Jiimaan Journey to help orchestrate this grand multi-season expedition starting in 2026 and this September is our first official voyageur canoe training course. NOW Outdoors is bringing in expert instructors from Canada for a weeklong voyageur canoe certification course. This expedition will be a 3,000 mile all-Indigenous canoe journey from the northeast to the Great Lakes. But we welcome anyone interested in voyageur canoe training to join us for this incredible experience this September. This training is open to anyone who wants to participate in the 7th Fire Jiimaan Journey, show your support, our just learn big canoe paddling. This will be an awesome time at Lake Winnebago and we want to see you there.
