Snowshoe Training Camp March 2023

This 3-day 2-night snowshoe trip is a fantastic follow up to our Winter Camping Workshop. We will focus on traditional backcountry travel and winter skill building in deep snow conditions. What does "traditional" mean? Instead of snowmobiles and log cabins, we will snowshoe with gear in tow via expedition toboggans over frozen lakes and set up a winter camp. At night we will sleep warm in stove-heated canvas tents. During the day, we'll have time to snowshoe and work on winter skills such as axe and saw use. All group meals are provided. NOW Outdoors has a reputation for fantastic food. If you have special dietary restrictions, please let us know well in advance.
